I got this Hamilton Beach FP11 for big batch prep, and the 14-cup bowl doesn't disappoint. The 450W motor easily handles dough, veggies, and nuts. Cleanup is easy with dishwasher-safe parts. One downside: only one blade means frequent swapping. Also, the glossy finish shows every fingerprint.
